Returns & Exchanges

At Adoore, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
